C-Three

C-THREE is a modular system for tracking, controlling, printing and archiving client correspondence. It uses MS Word™ to pre-define letter content and style. In production, C-THREE users can build from a menu-driven selection of paragraphs, whole letters, graphics and forms. Client data can be merged on-screen in real time, so the user can see the whole composition of the document before it is printed.

When printing locally, C-THREE tracks the document through the printing process, captures the printed output electronically for archiving and provides an end-to-end audit log. Locally produced correspondence can be transferred automatically to a central location for printing, mailing and enveloping. Output can be to virtually any printer including high-volume production devices.

C-THREE can also provide full printer management and control, including load balancing across multiple printers, fail-over processing and job re-direction.C-THREE enables archiving of documents into a central database, on-line viewing of documents for handling customer enquiries and the re-printing of complete documents.
