PReS

PReS is a dynamic composition system which allows each and every element in a document to be varied according to the input database. Driven by this variable data, PReS can create thousands of truly unique documents every minute — fast enough to outpace any high-speed production printer. Over five thousand copies of PReS are installed world-wide with typical customers in Direct Marketing, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Home Shopping.

With a range of PC-based job set-up facilities, from a point-and-click WYSIWYG interface to a powerful purpose-designed scripting system for complex applications, PReS is a professional level product, designed for high-volume output. It supports all modern PDLs including PPML, PostScript, AFP/IPDS and PCL.

Workflow-Q

Workflow-Q is a workflow management system geared to the needs of high-volume production print sites. It provides control and automation of the various job processes involved from data receipt and validation through sorting, merging, splitting, mail-sorting and formatting to print output and archiving. Workflow-Q maintains a record of every process run and provides a full audit trail for management reporting.

Document Builder

Document Builder is a management and control system for personalised correspondence. Once documents are rationalised down to their basic components (text, images, address blocks, headers/footers), Document Builder provides resource management and version control of the individual components and composite documents and enables these to be built into document packs along with pre-printed inserts. Component and document changes can be reflected across all instances.

Déjar

Déjar is a web-based archive and document system. Déjar facilitates the storage of high
volumes of electronic documents with excellent disk space efficiency, delivering documents at high speeds. It is intended to manage all types of personalised documents such as letters, invoices, bank statements and cheques.

WebDirect

WebDirect provides easy-to-use Web-based message composition to corporate accounts. It is a completely new web authoring environment with online previews, conditional message creation and editing, collaboration support, date-range triggers, approval workflows and version management.
