Our team of specialists is available to manage and deliver complete document solutions. A specification is drawn up with the client, together with project goals, intermediate milestones, acceptance criteria and an overall timetable. An experienced Project Manager will be responsible for the development team, synchronising the activities of our staff with those of the client and ensuring that the project is completed to time, specification and budget. |

| Technical Support | ||
Our Support Desk operates a telephone hot-line service covering both software and installed projects. Support includes an advisory service as to the most effective use of our products, as well as problem-reporting and resolution. Our internal escalation procedure enables us to give a timely response to customer queries, each of which is classified according to severity. |

We provide a full range of training courses, from Introductory to Advanced Applications, in a purpose built and fully equipped training room. |

| Software Upgrades and New Releases | ||
We are constantly striving to anticipate the future needs of our customers, which we discuss regularly with our active User Group. New releases of our software are provided to supported customers as they are developed, and these are accompanied by seminars and training to help users make the best use of new features. |
